Lilly is busy exploring new things and telling us all about it. She is very concerned with picking up after herself, experimenting with sentences, and learning new phrases all the time. This week she started saying, “one more time” (she’s becoming an expert at stalling) and “no thank you” – so cute! She also somehow thinks that the word ‘purple’ means ‘favorite’, which is rather amusing (she has ‘purple’ shoes even though when you ask her what color they are she’ll correctly say ‘pink’). Amazingly enough tantrums are rare at this point but she sure is used to being an only child and getting all of the attention she wants (okay, pretty much everything she wants). These next few months with the new little one should be intereresting!
